Content Isn’t Updating / Checking Connectivity Of Your Players

If you have updated content but aren’t seeing changes update on the player, these steps will help you check connectivity of your players.

  1. From the navigation, click on the ‘Players’ icon.
  2. The Last health check column will show a green icon and the current date and time if the player is online. If the player is offline and not connecting to the software, a red icon with the last check in date and time will appear.
