We are introducing a new shell which you will see when you log in after the update. This cleaner and more intuitive design should help you to navigate EngagePHD™ faster and more naturally than before. We’ve also added a useful Network Level Dashboard that shows the Player Dashboard screenshots of the 5 most recent Players to perform a health check, along with direct visibility to Licenses, Tickets and KPI’s relating to your Players and Content. Each core option will continue to function in the exact same way as before, this is just a navigational change. If you missed the last email, you can take a look at the new User Interface below:
