Using the Samsung IR remote, the internal storage of a Samsung Tizen display can be reset with the following steps:
1) Press the ‘Menu‘ button on the remote
2) Select ‘System‘
3) Select ‘General‘
4) Select ‘Empty Storage‘
5) Press the ‘Home‘ button on the remote and select ‘Engage URL Launcher‘
6) The Engage Channel ID screen should appear. The Engage Channel ID will need to be re-entered (make sure you include the – (dash) in the ID).
7) Press the ‘Enter‘ button on the remote to save the ID. The screen should connect with the server and start downloading content.
