Add the Widget to Your Asset Library from the Store
From the EngagePHD Store, search for ‘Self Service Order (Self Service Order Confirmation Screen)’ and click ‘Next’ to add to your Asset Library.
Add the Widget to Your Layout
1) Create a layout that will be your confirmation screen.
2) Add a desired background by using the ‘Add Image’ icon on the Toolbar.
3) Click on the ‘Add Widget’ button and select the ‘Self Service Order (Self Service Order Confirmation Screen) widget from the Asset Library.
4) The widget zone will flash in orange a couple of times at the top left corner of the layout. Click on the Properties icon to open the widget settings:
- Minutes – Defines a time out after the kitchen staff have marked the order of complete. If this is set, the customer facing screen will have the order processing order drop off after the minutes you define.
- Style – Select the style of the text.
5) Click ‘Save’. Orders and status will appear automatically:
