Wellness Kiosk Alert and Trigger Management

Alert and Trigger settings can be adjusted from the Player record of your kiosk player.

1) From the navigation, click on Players.

2) Click on the kiosk player to open the Player Record.

3) Click on the ‘Wellness Kiosk’ tab.

Alert Settings

SMS Alert for Temperature out of range – Enter the phone number where SMS alerts should be sent when temperature is higher than the sett upper range.
Email Alert for Temperature out of range – Enter the email address where email alerts should be sent when temperature is higher than the sett upper range (see Trigger
SMS Alert for Hand Sanitizer – When hand sanitizer is low, enter the phone number to be alerted.
Email Alert for Hand Sanitizer – Enter email address to receive alerts when hand sanitizer is low.
Counter to trigger low alert for hand sanitizer – Enter the percentage number for the low threshold. When this is reached, the number and email above will be alerted.

Trigger Settings

Lower range of acceptable temperature (Triggers Auto OK Temperature) – This is lower range number that is acceptable for the OK message to be triggered.
Upper range of temperature (Triggers Auto High Temperature) – This is the high temperature threshold of when the high temperature screen is triggered.

3) Click Save to save settings.

5) Perform a Force Update from the Player Action button to write these settings to the player.
