EngagePHD Training

Please use the calendar below to select an available time to request a training call to review the EngagePHD software.

Once your request is received, please keep an eye out for a calendar invite that will be sent to the email you provided. This email will include a confirmation Zoom link and phone number for the call.

  • Please select a date and time that works for you and/or your group. Use the time zone drop down menu to toggle between time zones, if needed.
  • Please fill out all fields and provide as much information as possible to ensure the training representative has all the information needed to prepare for your call.

Preparing for the Training Session

When signing up for a training call, you will have your choice of which platform you would like to use. Ahead of the training call, it helps to test Zoom to ensure that you’re browser will allow you to connect promptly at the time of your call.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have a large group. Can we all join the call from a conference room, or do we need to join the call separately? Whichever works best for you and your group. Some folks join as a group from a conference room, or log in to the meeting around the same computer (if it’s just a small group). You can also join individually and share the GoToMeeting link with anyone who needs to join from another location.

Can I join the meeting on my phone or tablet? Yes, but it may be a bit awkward to follow along from a smaller screen. A desktop or laptop computer would provide the best experience.

Do I need to log in to the EngagePHD software as part of the training call? Not unless you want to. The training representative will walk through the software using their own browser and login for the meeting. If you would like to login to the EngagePHD software website and follow along during the call, you’re welcome to.

How do I gain access to the EngagePHD software? When filling out the request form above, be sure to include a list of first, last names and email addresses for everyone who needs access to the software. The training representative will set up all users ahead of the training call. A separate email will be sent to each user with the website address (go.engagephd.com) and a temporary password. Please contact helpdesk@engagephd.com with any questions or concerns about user accounts.

Can the training session be recorded? Yes. Please let your training representative know that you would like them to record the call.

What if I need additional training? Can I book more than one session? Ideally, everyone who will be using the software for your account should be on the same call to ensure that everyone is on the same page. Initial training calls are included with your purchase of the EngagePHD software. Once the training session is complete, our team will provide helpful step-by-step guides (and a video recording of the training call, if requested) from our Knowledge Base, as well as any additional notes to help you get started. Our support team is available 7 days a week to answer any quick questions about the software. If additional full training calls are needed, please contact your original EngagePHD training representative or use the form above. Unusually large numbers of training calls for an account may be subject to additional fees.

Can I leave anonymous feedback about my training and support experience? Absolutely. We encourage your feedback. Please feel free to submit your feedback here. You will have the choice to include your contact information or remain anonymous.
