What's Next?

The following steps outline the onboarding of your new account. Not all of these steps may apply to your account, but they should help provide an understanding of the process. 

Be sure to bookmark go.engagephd.com. This is where you will manage your signage using the EngagePHD software. 

Part of the process below will include getting you and your team access to the EngagePHD software. This typically happens prior to training, but our Project Management or Support team can assist as well. 

Step 1: Project Management

Following purchase of your digital signage package, the Project Management team will work with you on the logistics of your order and installation of any hardware.

Step 2: Content Design

The Project Management team will connect you with our Content Design team to start the discussion of your signage designs. If content design does not apply to you, you will be connected with the Training team to review the EngagePHD software.

Step 3: Installation

If you purchased digital signage displays or external media players through Ping HD, the Project Management team may work with you to coordinate installation, if applicable.

Step 4: Training

The Training team will work with you to schedule a day and time to review the EngagePHD software. This is done virtually via Zoom or GoToMeeting.

Ongoing Learning Resources

Following the training session, the Training team will provide direct links to various step-by-step guides, right here in the Knowledge Base. Depending on how you are using the software, additional recourses will also be provided from our Learning Library.

Support is available 7 days a week for any questions or concerns regarding the EngagePHD software, or supported hardware and integrations.

Step 1: Project Management

The Project Management team will work with you on the specifics of your account and orders: Purchase of hardware, licenses, any installation that might be required, and get you in touch with our content design team (if you purchased content design services). 
 
Between purchase of your signage and content (if applicable) or training, the Project Management team may work with you on installation, if you purchased this as part of your digital signage package with Ping HD.

Step 2: Content Design 

If you purchased content design as part of your digital signage solution, the Project Management team will introduce you to the Content Design team. If content design does not apply to you, or you will be designing your own content, please skip to Training.

Step 3: Training

The Training team will work with you and your team to understand how the EngagePHD software works and show you sections of the software that will be most helpful based on the type of digital signage you have. 
 
If you have purchased content design as part of your solution, it is strongly recommended that you work with our Training team after content designs have been completed. 
 
During the Training process, you (and any others on your team) will also be given access to the EngagePHD software. If you require access sooner, please reach out to helpdesk@engagephd.com.
